Well, shiver me timbers, if this isn’t a great cross-curricular coding resource! The Map (74.5 x 74.5cm) is sure to inject some serious fun and engagement into your classroom. Use EaRL Coding Robot (not included) to play the role of Jim Hawkins, and take pupils on an adventure around the island. Trekking the mountains, crossing perilous bridges, and hopefully, finding the buried treasure!

Use Map to teach directional language and compass directions to improve geographical skills; play with coordinates to develop geometry knowledge; use the setting for creative writing and storytelling – or just take pupils on a roleplay quest.
