The following apply to the charge of shipping costs:

  • For online orders over 100€ (plus VAT) shipping costs are free throughout Greece. The Free Shipping option automatically appears as an option when you exceed the amount of 100€ on your order. To activate the option, you must select it (->Free Shipping).
  • For orders under 100€ (plus VAT) the shipping cost is set at € 4.00 and cash on delivery at € 6.00.
  • For orders abroad, the minimum shipping cost is 65€.

Request an offer:

  • Fill in the order form and we will contact you (by phone or e-mail) for shipping costs.
  • Then we validate your order and the products are shipped to you.

Delivery dates and times

Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00. For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of each Transport Company apply.

Receipt of products

In case you want to receive your order faster, we can send it to you by courier at your extra charge. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.

Order delays

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The product has been delayed to be sent by our supplier. In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international. But there are cases where an order of ours can be “stuck” in customs or transport, so we do not have it in our warehouses when we estimate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.
  • The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available. Among the 3500+ products we exhibit in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and without warning announces that it is removing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives.
  • In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
  • In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or via e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. the information you have entered is not properly updated.

 

Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products

You have the right to return the products you purchased and ask for their replacement:

  • in all cases in which with proven fault of Knowledge Research, were sold incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in order receipt, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport)
  • in all cases where there has been a problem / actual defect in the product (functional or quality) covered by the product warranty and if the guarantee has been given by Knowledge Research. This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party warranties, such as from the manufacturer of the product or its representative.

 

In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.). Before each return, it is recommended to consult with the Online Store of Knowledge Research. In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

  • contact the same day or the next business day with the Online Store
  • the product has not been used
  • the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.)

If they are not returned within 20 days then Knowledge Research may not accept any return and replacement.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases:

  • Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can press the “Cancel” button located at the bottom left of your screen. Clicking on it automatically stops the ordering process.
  • If the online order has been completed but the product (or products) have not yet been shipped, you can call 210-6779800 and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.
  • After receiving the product, call us at 210-6779800 or contact us via e-mail at why@why.gr ,explaining why you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will serve you immediately and inform you about all your options.
