Links and joints

The ligaments connect bones to other bones and extend the entire length of the joints. Joints are places where two bones meet with their ends covered by a layer of cartilage. A joint is made up of bones, muscles, ligaments, cartilage, and synovial fluid.

Eye socket : cavity of the skull that contains the eye.
Skull : Bone sheath of the brain.
Cervical vertebrae : the bones of the neck.
Thoracic vertebrae : the bones that make up the dorsal part of the chest.
Lumbar vertebrae : the bones of the lumbar spine.
Sacred bone : the set of sacred vertebrae.
Tail vertebrae : tail bones.

Pelvis : the bones of the pelvis
Thigh bone : the upper end of a dog’s hind leg.
Fork : one of the two bones in the lower back.
Tibia : the second bone in the lower back.
Tarsus : heel bone.
Metatarsal : the bone between the heel and the phalanges.
Phalanx : foot and toe bone.

Metacarpal : bone of the foot between the wrist and the phalanges.
Wrist : wrist bone.
Ulnar : one of the two bones of the lower front foot.
Rib : the second bone of the lower front foot.
Arm bone : bone of the upper front foot.
Side : chest bones.
Shoulder : shoulder bones.
Lower jaw : jaw.
