Detailed Product Features

• Cabinet: Made entirely of high-quality 1.0mm cold-rolled steel sheet. The surface undergoes treatment (phosphating, etc.) and is then electrostatically powder coated with epoxy resin, cured at 220°C. The surface is smooth, with a final thickness of 1.15~1.2mm. The cabinet doors are double-layered (inside and outside) and filled with soundproofing material.

• Knee Space Rails: Made of 30x60x1.5mm high-quality cold-rolled rectangular tube, processed and coated in the same way as the cabinets.

• Handles: Non-welded linear handles / C-type stainless steel handles / Aluminum inset handles.

• Slides: DTC silent soft close slide systems.

• Hinges: DTC 105°/175° buffer hinges or stainless steel hinges.

• Adjustable Feet: Specially designed for laboratory use, with an adjustment range of ≥35mm, strong load-bearing capacity, allowing perfect leveling of the bench.
