The use of the WeDo 2.0 educational package in STEM teaching enhances students’ assimilation of basic science and engineering practices. Students ask questions and solve problems, create models, design prototypes, research, analyze and interpret data, use algorithmic thinking, challenge scientifically based evidence, acquire, evaluate and communicate knowledge.
Free software includes introductory activities that provide familiarity with hardware, software, and documentation tool. The software is available for laptop and tablet versions, providing an easy-to-understand programming environment that gives life to LEGO student creations.
