Hydrophobic Sand
How can something immersed in water remain dry?
When the normal, common sand gets wet then it becomes muddy. Hydrophobic Sand seems like a common sand but has been coated with a hydrophobic material which gives the property of the grains to stick together forming an external coating when exposed to water repelling it.
You can use such sand, as well as other materials, to create amazing structures under water, and then remove the water and sand to remain dry. Sand consists of 100% non-toxic material.
